steps in going back to dubai with employment visa

Dear Sir,
Good day, I went to Dubai with a tourist visa last Novemeber 13, 2008. Luckily I found an employer within the month but due to lots of holidays my employment visa was not being processed right away. I went home to my homeland (Philippines)last December 14, 2008 and I am waiting for my employment visa. Last week my employment visa was being approved but I am concerned about on what steps will I make or what will I do to go back in Dubai..
