Travel to EU countries on Swiss work permit

Hi,
I am on a work permit in Switzerland. Can I travel to other EU countries (for leisure) with this swiss work permit? Do I need to apply for any kind of visa if I need to travel to these countries? Any help in this regard would be helpful.

i have work permanent resident in spain.i want live and work in swiss. becouse i love switzerland.
