Un equipo multinacional de profesionales
Nuestro equipo es tan internacional como nuestra audiencia. La mayoría de nuestro equipo ha vivido en varios países y han vivido la experiencia de ser expatriados.
Just Landed was founded by Simon Lynch and Daniel Tschentscher. After experiencing the difficulties that go along with the move to a new country, they decided the time was ready for a new website that would help people to get settled abroad.
Today, more than 10 nationalities in the office represent the international spirit of Just Landed. Conversations are carried out in English, German, French, Spanish and quite a few exotic languages, creating a truly multicultural work environment. This is what happens when we take a time-out in the mountains (did you know Spain is the second most mountainous country in Europe?).
Simon Lynch (UK): Bumped into the Internet sometime in 1996, started working on various projects to make some sense of it. Simon has founded and advised several early-stage ventures. He co-founded Jobpartners in 1998 and was a main board director until 2003. The company raised over €35 million of venture capital and was a market-leader in Europe (delivering enterprise software solutions for Human Resources to large organisations such as Xerox, Carrefour, Nike, Deutsche Post and France Telecom). Jobpartners was acquired by Taleo in 2010 for $38m and Taleo was then swallowed by Oracle in for $1.9b in 2012.
Turning Just Landed into a really useful place for people moving country has now been an 8 year obsession - still not there, but getting closer. He is British and has lived in France and Spain.
Daniel Tschentscher (Germany): Daniel previously worked as a strategy consultant for the media industry, creating and implementing new digital business strategies for established media companies. He is author of the study ‘Grid Media – (Survival) Strategies for publishers in the Digital Age‘ and is a regular speaker at media conferences. Previous experience includes the market launch of an Internet-based financial information system at OnVista, the launch of a radio agency and the market launch of Financial Times Deutschland. Daniel is German, holds an international MBA from Instituto de Empresa, speaks five European languages and has lived in the US, Brazil, Switzerland and Spain.
