Visa for a spouse in South Korea

• This is a general question, but my husband and I would like to move to South Korea. I'm American, he's Chilean. I speak English, he doesn't.
  
  If hired, what places, schools, etc, typically will get me a work visa and my husband a dependent or spouse visa?
