Korean Visa from Germany

• Hi,
  If I need to go to S.Korea on work permit from Germany on Indian Passport then pls tell me following:
  1. Is it possible to get a S.Korean visa on an Indian passport while staying in Germany (with valid work permit).
  2. Can I get a work visa or I will have to apply for a Business Visa first in order to go to S.Korea from germany on Indian passport.
  3. Can I apply for spouse visa also along with my visa being in Germany.
