how to stay here in germany

• hello
  
  i am an asian here in berlin i would like to know how i can stay here in germany or which city here is more friendlier and open minded becoz i had some problems with the berlin people and how can i look for a job as i dont have any work permit. anybody here has tried anything to stay here in germany and get a simple job? please let me know the options

  Hi,
  Can it be that you are an asylum seeker? Anyhow you are in a very bad position. The very general rule for a permission to live in Germany is the more you do for Germany the better status you will have. "Simple" jobs are the least attractive.

  I am a student studying in one of the schengen countries and wish to move to germany after my graduation.I need to know if it is possible for my uncle who has a german citizenship can apply for my leagal residence in germany pending on when i get a job there?
  My uncle married a german and both have secured work and income.Is it possible for them to file an application for me then.
