non-EU to teach maths in lausanne

• I have been offered a job in lausanne to teach maths, and i am not a EU country citizen. Is it difficult for a school to obtain work permit for me? I am highly qualified but it might be difficult to explain why not to recruit a EU citizen? How is this overcome?
