pls help me

• someone with a company in dubai wannts me to visit him. he ask me a photo copy of my passport and he said that he will gave me a photo copy of my visa. the visa will just be given to me when i reach dubai. is it true? or fake? he told me thats its for free. im afraid the embassy will send me back. because im just holding a copy of my visa. how can i get my true copy visa?
