Visit Visa to Working Visa

• I heard that Dubai does not convert visit visas to working visas at this time and that the Dubai policy on this will change again in December. Is this true?

  its possible to change your status from visit visa to employment while your in Dubai.or u can choose to exit from nearest country and be back in UAE with an employment visa.
  
  best way to exit is to Oman by bus.
