Different Designation on my Work Visa??

• Hello
  I just graduated from a university in dubai and was given a job offer from a company.
  The company told me as I don't have a degree till December they will issue a sales person visa for my position as a sales ENGINEER, so as to avoid the wait for my degree and attestation.
  Can someone tell me if Iam going to lose any facilities - like sponsoring visa for my parents, my wife or any other facilities as this SALES PERSON designation?
